Holding a Master’s degree in Project Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Jean Paul’s journey into agriculture began in 2010 when he started a successful chicken, rabbit, and pig farm in Lakota, Cote d’Ivoire. His farming business grew lucratively, and he expanded into crop production, managing 1 hectare of aubergine, 1 hectare of pepper, and 1 hectare of tomato.
In addition to his practical farming experience, Jean-Paul also earned a certification in Urban Sustainable Farming from the University of the District of Columbia (UDC) between 2016 and 2018, where he deepened his knowledge of sustainable and modern farming techniques.
Jean Paul’s diverse skill set, combining agricultural expertise with a strong foundation in project management, makes him an invaluable part of the leadership team for this agricultural training school initiative. His real-world experience and passion for farming will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the school, from training students to setting up operational models for the farm and market.
